Cornerstone Women's Flourish - A One Year Journey of Growth

What is Flourish?

Flourish is a yearlong discipleship journey designed to help women grow spiritually through Scripture, accountability, and a meaningful mentoring relationship.

Throughout the journey, you and your mentor will work through the Flourish: A Mentoring Journey—Year One journal, exploring six biblical themes: The Word, Prayer, Identity, Calling, Kinship, and Gratitude.

The journal guides what you’ll study and discuss together. Flourish follows a specific Scripture-based curriculum rather than a mentoring format where participants choose their own topics. You’ll bring your personal experiences and questions into conversations about how God’s Word applies to your life.

Throughout your journey, you will experience:

  • Spiritual accountability rooted in God’s Word.
  • Encouragement from a woman ahead in her walk with Jesus.
  • Time in Scripture and personal reflection through your guided journal.
  • Meaningful conversations that help you put your faith into practice.

Who is Flourish for?

Flourish is for women who are ready to intentionally study God’s Word and grow in their relationship with Jesus through a guided discipleship journey alongside a mentor.

What to expect from the program

  • A shared journey through six biblical themes using the Flourish journal.
  • Encouragement to establish a lifelong habit of studying God’s Word.
  • Opportunities to learn how to apply Scripture in everyday life.
  • Support and accountability as you become a woman who gives, serves, and grows in her faith.

What we expect from you

  • Commit to a one-year journey.
  • Come with openness and a willingness to participate fully.
  • Spend focused time with Jesus on your own, five times a week, reading Scripture and completing the journal’s reflections.
  • Follow the Flourish curriculum and come prepared to discuss what you’re learning.
  • Meet with your mentor one-on-one, in person, twice a month, beginning in January.

Application

Please allow approximately 15–20 minutes to complete this application. Take your time and provide detailed, thoughtful responses so we can get to know you, understand your relationship with God, and learn about your commitment and expectations for the Flourish journey. If your responses do not provide enough detail, we may ask you to resubmit.

$80 Program cost: $80. This fee includes your Flourish mentoring journal and meetings. A $40 deposit is due today and will be refunded if we are unable to accept you into the program.
